Annette Messitt is the founder of the Old Dockton Press on Vashon Island.

Annette is a printmaker. She creates traditional and reductive linocuts that she sells both framed and unframed. She uses these original works of art to create cards, stickers, blankets, notebooks, and canvas bags.

Annette creates her art work in the Old Dockton Press studio. She prints all of the cards and fine art prints in her studio. The blankets depicting her work are woven on demand by a company located in North Carolina. Her stickers are printed in Portland, Oregon and East Providence, Rhode Island. The printing for the Old Dockton Press canvas bags are sourced through a woman owned promotional company called Clementine, and they are printed in either Tennessee or in China, depending on the style.
